Habit

Habit is a seething and emotional rock and roll band from Guelph, ON. With roots in dual guitarists Brock Boonstra and Kyle LeBlanc’s teenage years, the band is completed by the propulsive rhythm section of drummer Dana Bellamy and bassist Olexa Brisson. Combining the angular guitar sound of post-punk with the jarring dynamic shifts and ramshackle spirit of vintage indie rock, Habit has garnered acclaim for its EP The Last Testament, which has led to performances opening for legendary noise rockers Cloud Nothings & Polaris Prize-nominated jangle pop band Apollo Ghosts.
